Az eredeti genealógiát 1676. október 23-án Narvában (ma Észtország) hitelesítette Adam Johann von Tiesenhausen svéd katonai tisztviselő, jelen tétel az erről készült másolat, amelyet egyfelől Joseph Leopold Fridl közjegyző, másfelől pedig Ignazio Crivelli bíboros, pápai nuncius hitelesített Bécsben, 1754. november 16-án.

Der Stammnbaum der Familie Spandkau (oder Spankau), ursprünglich im Jahr 1676 herausgegeben vom schwedischen Offizier Adam Johann von Tiesenhausen in Narva (Estland). Das Dokument wurde am 16. November 1754 in Wien kopiert und einerseits von Notar Joseph Leopold Fridl und andereseits vom päpstlichen Legaten Ignazio Crivelli beglaubigt.
