Philipp Ludwig von Sinzendorf (1699–1747) bíboros, ekkor boroszlói, korábban győri püspök 1740. január 27-én, Boroszlóban kelt német nyelvű oklevele, amellyel tanúsítja, hogy Johann Friedrich Sauerma belépett a Máltai Lovagrendbe.
Hozzá Sauerma negyedízigleni leszármazási táblája, festett címerekkel.
Pergamen, a bíboros és mások aláírásaival, valamint rányomott viaszpecsétjeikkel. A bíboros fémtokos pecsétjét külön, piros sodraton függesztették az oklevélre.
