A zágrábi káptalan 1589. április 16. után kelt latin nyelvű oklevele, amellyel a káptalan tanúsítja, hogy a Borbélynak mondott Detkovics (Dethkowych) János és Loparics (Loparych) Kristóf zágrábi polgárok a maguk és mások, jelesül az egykor Körmöcbányán birtokokkal rendelkező néhai Mikulics Mihály esztergomi érseki pénzfelügyelő (pisetarius) édestestvére, néhai nemes Mikulics János fiai: Kristóf és János, valamint lányai: Loparics Kristóf felesége, Anna, Detkovics János felesége, Dorottya és Csakalanics (Chakalanych) Jakab felesége, Ilona nevében kérték a zágrábi káptalant, hogy igazolja, a nevezettek valóban a néhai nemes Mikulics János leszármazottai. A kérésnek a káptalan jelen oklevél kiállításával eleget tett.

Vízjeles papír (vízjel: körben álló, balra néző angyal, a kör tetején hatágú csillag), restaurált, a szöveget is érintő hiányokkal. foltos, hátlapján papírfelzetes káptalani pecséttel.

A charter issued after 16 April 1589 by the Zagreb Chapter, attesting that two citizens of Zagreb, János Dethkowych (called Barber). and Kristóf Loparych appeared at the Chapter and on the behalf of themselves and others, namely the sons (Kristóf and János) and daughters (Anna, Dorottya and Ilona) of late János Mykwlych, brother to the late Mihály Mykwlych (who was an inspector of the Archbishop of Esztergom and owned properties in Kremnica/Kremnitz), asking the Chapter to testify that Kristóf, János, Anna, Dorottya and Ilona are indeed the sons and daughters of the mentioned János Mykwlych. The request was fulfilled and the testimony was given by the Chapter by the means of this charter.

Paper with watermark (standing angel within a circle, looking to the left, with a six-point star on the top of the circle), restored, with damages affecting the Latin text. With a papered Chapter seal on the back.
