Varasd megyei, 1530-ban kelt, latin nyelvű oklevél töredéke. A napi kelet az oklevél elveszett első felében szerepelt, tartalmát is csak részben tudjuk rekonstruálni: az irat eredetileg a koreni Horváth és Pomoti család tagjait érintő birtokügyben keletkezett.
Vízjeles papír (a vízjel nehezen kivehető: egyetlen körben két, kerek serpenyős mérleg, a kör tetején hatágú csillaggal), restaurált, az alján kilenc papírfelzetes gyűrűspecséttel. A záradék szerint az oklevelet bizonyos Konzkai Péter mester ellenőrizte.
