II. József 1783-ban kelt, német nyelvű oklevelének töredéke, amelyben kibővíti Johann Bernhard von Rummerskirch birodalmi lovag címerét. Rummerskirch ekkoriban udvari kamarai tanácsosként szolgált a császári udvarban. A szövegből lényegében csak az elvi indoklást tartalmazó arenga egy része, az adományos érdemeit elbeszélő narratio eleje, valamint a keltezés legvége maradt meg, az uralkodó aláírásával és további hivatali záradékokkal.

A fragment of a German-language charter issued by Joseph II in 1783, in which he expands the coat of arms of Johann Bernhard von Rummerskirch, Knight of the Imperial Order. At the time, Rummerskirch served as a court chamberlain at the imperial court. From the text, essentially only a portion of the arenga (containing the theoretical justification), the beginning of the narratio (recounting the merits of the grantee), and the very end of the dating clause remain, along with the monarch's signature and further official clauses.
