I. Ferenc 1811. június 7-én, Bécsben kelt latin nyelvű oklevele, amellyel Bánovics András tiszántúli kerületi táblai ülnököt hűséges szolgálatai elismeréséül magyar királyi tanácsossá nevezi ki.
Papír, hajtott, papírfelzetes pecséttel, az uralkodó aláírásával, Koháry Ferenc alkancellár és Barthodeiszky János titkár ellenjegyzésével. A Sztankovits Mátyás királyi tanácsos, levéltáros által írt feljegyzés szerint az iratot bevezették a Királyi Könyvekbe.
